Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return unwanted goods for FREE (You would have to pay for postage, we do not collect). Items should be unused in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received.

After 7 days a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund if the refund is accepted.

In both cases you should include your invoice and a completed returns form.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've processed the refund.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
