Made by Waterway
This hot tub pump is mainly used on Larger hot tubs and spas like Hot Spring and Arctic Spas (note HotSpring pumps are relabelled to wave-master pumps), but can also be seen on many other brands as well. It has 2.5" intake and 2" outlet and will work in place of Waterway, Vico, Sta-Rite, GE, Emerson, A.O Smith, ITTor Aqua-flo and in most cases the unions will wind straight on.
Also a great replacement for Franklin 10.8 / 3 Amp pumps.
This hot tub pump has 2 speeds to run low speed for heating and high speed for the boost operation, making it very economical.
Getting the right size face plate
This pump has a face plate that fits a 2.5" plumbing union, the actual measurements and images can be seen in our how 'Hot Tub Guides and Videos' see Pump Union Guide
The wet end on the pump can easily be rotated to point either up, down, left or right by simply undoing the bolts that hold it onto the rear.
When buying the 56 frame Waterway 2 speed hot tub pump as a replacement for your current model you may find that your pump has a smooth body as opposed to this style of hot tub pump, but as long as the ratings are the same it will still work perfectly.
Please note: This hot tub pump comes with no cable so you will have to re-use your existing cable. (Wiring instructions under capacitor cover)
