I was very impressed with the speed of service that you provide.
After a initial start where we weren’t unite on the same page the end result was an outstanding service. Just over 12 hours after placing my order it was being delivered. Thank you.

I sent a photo and a request for help for the pump we needed to change on our hot tub. We had an almost immediate response with the details of the correct pump we needed. The recommendation was actually cheaper than the one we thought we needed. Fitted perfect onto the tub. Due to their help and advise we compared prices of the chemicals etc that we buy from another site and found hot tub diy to be cheaper, so from now on we will be purchasing any hot tub items from these guys. Thanks.

It could not be easier . Needed new circulation pump and found this site have the correct one which was ordered very easily. Delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our hot tub is now back to perfect working order once again so if we need any other parts at a later date then we don't have to look anywhere else.

Got the pump ok but I've opened the box to find it has the air switch, which was optional, and specifically requested one without it. If it won't cause any problems I'll go ahead and use the pump anyway - it just isn't what I'd ordered...

Hi, thanks for the feedback, it's important to note that all DH1.0 pumps come with an air switch built in from manufacturer, which means you can optionally use it or not.

Pump delivered very quickly, had a query on installation so I called HOt Tub DIY who were able to offer very good advice on installation and know issues and resolution to the problem I had with my hot tub, very help, thanks
