Yes, we accept PayPal for both UK and international orders. Please be aware though, that as PayPal is an online payment system, if you return an item to our shops that you've bought via PayPal, we're unable to process a PayPal refund immediately and this can take up to 5 days.

Why has my payment been refused?

Please feel free to contact us if your payment has been declined, we are happy to share this detail with you and help to process the order you are trying to place.

The most common cause of this is due to address not being the same as the card address, in this situation please make sure the account is the same address and change the delivery address to your required location.

In some situations the card address and account address may be the same however the card address checking system might have it slightly different in this and any other situation please get in touch and we can process this for you manually.

I've used the wrong credit card for my order - can I change the payment method?

Once your order has been placed, you would need to send us an email or call to get that refunded and pay with a different card before the item is despatched preferably, however it is possible for us to still refund after dispatch and change the card or payment option.

When will I be charged for my order?

For most products sent directly from our warehouse, you'll be charged when your order is placed. If the product is being delivered direct to you from a supplier, for instance in the case of larger products such as electrical motors, you may be charged at any point between confirmation of your order and despatch. Please note that if you choose to pay by PayPal, your payment will be taken immediately.
