Spaform made most of their hot tubs using Balboa control systems and panels, the code for this panel is usually found on the underside or side, and can easily be replaced using either the 3M sticky seal sold with the panel or some external grade silicon.
Please note this overlay now comes in blue with a Balboa logo instead of a Spaform: More detail read below.
The panels on Spaform hot tubs are made by Balboa, and re labeled where originally white in colour with their logo just above the LCD display, the overlay (stickers) are made of the same high quality materials but are now in blue with the manufacturer 'Balboa' logo on instead. (Original Spaform overlays are no longer available). Image 2 shows what the new blue overlay looks like.

Very efficient on-line service and the part arrived well packaged next day as ordered. Not installed yet but it should be straightforward. HOT TUB DIY will certainly now be my first call for Spa parts.
